Privacy Policy

• Google account information, including your email address and name, when you sign in.
• Google Workspace directory data, including employee names, email addresses, titles, and org units. This data is read-only and used only to populate signature templates.
• Billing information processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Usage data, such as pages visited and actions taken, for product improvement.

• We do not read, store, or process your email content.
• We do not route your email through our servers.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not store a full copy of your Workspace directory. We do retain the account and deployment records described below.

• We store your organization's domain, administrator email, directory user count, templates, billing state, and auto-apply settings. Signature deployment records include target email addresses and per-user results so you can review updates and the service can avoid repeating completed automatic deployments.
• When enabled, Vercel Web Analytics measures visits to our public website pages. Our integration excludes dashboard and API pages and removes query strings and fragments from page URLs before sending events. We do not send signature-builder inputs or Workspace directory data to website analytics.
• The public signature builder processes entries in your browser without saving them to your account. Copying a signature places its contents on your device clipboard.

• To authenticate you and identify your Google Workspace organization.
• To read your Workspace directory and populate signature merge fields.
• To push signature updates to Gmail via the Gmail API on your instruction.
• To manage your subscription via Stripe.

SignStampd's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

SignStampd uses the following Google API scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admin.directory.user.readonly to read your Google Workspace user directory for signature merge fields.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.settings.basic to update Gmail signature settings for users in your domain.

We do not use these scopes to access email content. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service.

• Account data is retained while your account is active.
• Account data is deleted when you cancel and request deletion.
• Stripe billing records are retained as required by law.
